Greg brings over 10 years of tattooing experience to his role as DK Europe's lead repair technician. As a longtime Dan Kubin machine user, he was personally trained by Dan Kubin himself at the USA facility, learning the complete process of servicing and repairing Dan Kubin rotary machines.
As head of our European repair division, Greg oversees all service and maintenance for Dan Kubin machines across Europe. His background as both a working tattoo artist and factory-trained technician gives him unique insight into machine performance and the specific needs of professional artists.

Repairs for UK, Switzerland, and Norway
For customers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost. However, customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the machine owner.
To help you avoid significant customs charges, we manage both outbound and return shipping. We arrange a "return for repair" shipment with our DHL carrier. Once your machine is repaired, the return shipment is registered as "return after repair."
This process minimizes your customs costs while ensuring your machine receives expert service.
