Refund and Returns Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 days. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. Shipments are handled by multiple carriers including DHL, UPS, and Mondial relay.
Our business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship to PO boxes - only to physical addresses. For shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein, shipping will be performed under DAP Incoterms. Goods are invoiced excluding taxes on our website, and the total value will be declared to the carrier, who will contact the recipient to arrange payment of shipping fees and import duties in the destination country.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with our commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with them. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must return your order within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be in the same condition as received and undamaged. Exceptions may be granted in cases of manufacturing defects.
